Job Summary

Square One is a leading provider of direct mail services, specializing in automation, building platforms, and technology solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level Internal Project Manager, Client Support Services to join our team.

Responsibilities

-Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide relevant information as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Previous customer service experience is a plus
